Beginning on January 1, 2019 we will be enacting a new cancellation policy. The details of the new policy are as follows: Your appointments are very important to our stylists, although the time is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellation.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that could have been booked weeks or months in advance.
Per our policy, Roots requires 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event that we are in that 48 hour window of your reservation, Roots will charge a cancellation fee based off of the duration of your appointment. ($75/hour)
In order to book an appointment a credit or debit card must be put on file at the time of booking. The card only be charged under the following circumstances:
- Less than 24 hour notice
- “NO CALL/NO SHOWS”.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our guests of any availability and allows us to respect our stylists time. Thank you for viewing and supporting our new cancelation policy.
