Beginning on January 1, 2019 we will be enacting a new cancelation policy. The details of the new policy are as follows: Your appointments are very important to our stylists, although the time is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that could have been booked weeks or months in advance.
Beginning January 1st, 2019 in order to book an appointment a credit or debit card must be put on file at the time of booking. The card only be charged under the following circumstances:
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. If you call and reschedule your appointment within seven days, a credit for the 50% charge will be applied to your new appointment.
- “NO CALL/NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If you call and reschedule your appointment within seven days, a credit for the 100% charge will be applied to your new appointment.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our guests of any availability and allows us to respect our stylists time. Thank you for viewing and supporting our new cancelation policy.
